A Derbyshire Retrospective

For over 50 years, Harold Riley has spent part of his life at Glutton Bridge in the Dove Valley, accumulating a body of paintings that has never been shown publicly. Shown alongside are sketches made on Saturday mornings in Buxton, mostly of the dogs and their owners in Spring Gardens.

This must see exhibition opens on Tuesday 12th September to Saturday 25 November 2017 at the newly redeveloped Buxton Museum and Art Gallery, Derbyshire, SK17 6DA. Opening times very please see Buxton’s website for more details.
